EWGA - Southern New Hampshire Chapter - 2008 Leagues

Leagues are open to all EWGA Southern New Hampshire Chapter members. Leagues are held in the evening, starting around 5pm. There will be a sign-up sheet each week at the course for the following week's tee-times. Each league will run two sessions. Sessions require prepayment to cover greens fees (Souhegan Woods and Amherst) and end-of-session prizes (all leagues). Greens fees vary depending on location. League fees are non-refundable. Rain Policy

• In the case of inclement weather, the League Coordinator will work closely with the course to decide whether or not to hold play.
• If league is cancelled, the League Coordinator will contact players after 3:00pm. League players can also contact the course after 3:00pm to inquire about league play.
• If league is cancelled due to rain or called for lightning, an additional night will be added at the end of the session to make up for cancelled play. This will be held on a regularly scheduled league night.
• The League Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling make up nights.
• Make up nights will not be held:
  • On a course premium day as defined by the course (holidays, weekends, etc)
  • Times which less than 75 % of the group can play
• If a league player is unable to attend or obtain a substitute for a scheduled make up session, it is handled as a no show on a league night and no rain check will be issued.
• If a league is unable to play their full league session due to weather related issues, the League Coordinator will work with the course to issue rain checks/gift certificates for the cancelled rounds.
